I don't know how to use them. What i mean is like legaia cd timeing how do you use them

You need to use the front end for ePSXe, I'm sorry but I don't know how to spell it. Just go to the Main page of NGEmu.com and click on Playstion, that will take to the downloads section where you can find this program. Read the read me that is included and you should be fine.

The front end is called ePSXeCutor. This is the program you're referring to right sxamiga?

maybe he me mean command line (options, parameters) like the ones you use sometimes to get a desired effect with a program... but this is weird, coz (to my knowledge) everything this emulatator has, can be configured by the GUI...

1) grab epsxecuttor as Sxamiga said and you should be seing a box in the options pannel where you can input command lines.

2)open a command box (type either command or cmd in the execute button of the "start" one of your desktop), then launch epsxe w/ additional these command lines

example: c:\epsxe150\epsxe -cdlegaia

My suggestion is to download epsxecutor and put in command line options from there without any problems.
