-loadbin
Ok, this is what I have:
"C:\Program Files\ePSXe\epsxe.exe" -loadbin c:\ISO\MGS1.BIN And it isn't working..... it just starts up ePSXe, and doesn't start the game.... and yes, I'm positive that's where the game is... Any ideas? Is that how it's supposed to look?

Maybe the iso is corrupted. Try making the iso again.

But I've already played that ISO a lot by loading it from the GUI, and it's always worked fine... but I'll try anyways...

Try moving epsxe from program files into c: so it looks like
"C:\ePSXe\epsxe.exe" -loadbin c:\ISO\MGS1.BIN I think the space in program files stops it loading. I just use epsxecutor and add the -loadbin c:\ISO\MGS1.BIN in the command line paramater and it works fine for me. |

if you use epsxecutor, uncheck the "Start ePSXe GUI".
if you 're not using ePSXecutor, you need a -nogui command line to make epsxe start the game directly.

Pray that something doesn't happen, cause the memcard data is only written to disk when you go to the gui or exit the emu (this is what happens if you press the esc key when using the nogui command line), this means that you can loose a lot of progress if your cpu/emu crash. (not that it would matter too much for MGS anyway

Do you have "Accurate CDROM timing" enabled? If so, disable it. This trick worked with Raziel(he was having the same problem with MGS ISO).
