Problem with Gran Turismo 2 in Fullscreen

Ok, when I run GT2 in windowed, it fits the screen normally, but when I alt-enter to full screen, the game only takes up the lower left of the screen, and the other parts of the screen seem to be filled with graphical glitches. How can I fix this?

Are you using Pete's OpenGL? If so, check the option "Change desktop settings"

Thanks! While theres still some room left on the left of the screen, its much much better than before. Also, the game seems to be going a bit fast, how do I adjust that?

Check FPS Limit and FPS Limit autodetect, that should do the trick for you.
