Having a few problems with 1.50. Help!

I really like ePSXe, but the new version is giving me problems. Primarily, ePSXe seems to be causing Windows to disassociate itself with my USB gamepad. First the pad will quite working in-game, then ePSXe will exit, revealing the Windows "New USB Human Interface detected" prompt. I haven't had this issue with any other program or emulator.

Also, Resident Evil 2 freezes right after "this was the beginning of their worst nightmare." Hitting F4 does not help, and I've tried several GPUs. This problem didn't occur in version 1.40.

If someone could help me figure out what's going on, it would be appreciated!

Enable accurate cd rom timing for your RE2 problem..
