Mega man x4-6 owners

People who own Mega man x4-6 on playstation, if you play on Epsxe, can you see the Medcs as well? The intro and everything. I can't watch the intro in Mega man x6 cuz the game would skip past it. Is it the emulator?

Anyway,I can't remember of anyone being able to see the MDECs in MMX4/6 on ePSXe.
