Sound problems in Chrono Chross

The sound will work okay for a while, until all of a sudden it will start making a long beep noise. The sound still works but you hear that noise in the background.
Please help.

in the cheat manu their's Chrono Cross, it might be that. and im pretty sure theirs still unsolf problems in that game. so maybe you'll have to wait for the next release for it to run correctly

Right, the hack for Chrono cross is for a different problem: when you use the teleporter, it hangs. The Chrono Cross hack is for that.

Other than that problem I had none. I use Pete's OpenGL Plugin (1.56b) and Eternal's (1.10) SPU. I also use the internal CDR plugin.
FireGL is reight, check SPU IRQ in the sound menu.

Like I said though, post your specs and plugin config, and we may be able to spot a problem

oh... i though the cheat might be for that cause anyone that played Chrono Cross had problems

I'm not saying he shouldn't use it, I'm just saying it won't fix the problem in hand
