openGL or direct3D?

i've just started to use epsxe and i was wondering which of Pete's gpu to use. I have a GeForce2 GTS-V and as of right now, it seems as though direct3D works better, but i just wanted to see what everyone else would be using. let me know.

I find most people use opengl with a geforce. that's what I use and I have no complaints. It also squeezes out a few more fps during tricky stuff like big summons in ff. that what I've found at least.

Also in favour of opengl is the fact that there are a few additional tid bits in the opengl plug-in that aren't in the d3d plug-in, if your video card supports them. (read the docs to discover what is what)

....or 10 games, it sucks that every game needs different configs to run nice.... they should have some way to save the configs for each game, and have it auto-load that setup when you play that game..... or do they already have that? maybe in the next version?

Use unfiltered 2D if you feel like it, or the new sorta-filtered 2D in the new Pete's plugins.

EfrainMan is right. Use the OpenGL plugin for a GeForce. Use the filtering on 6, and set texture caching to dynamic not pallatised. I end up with poorer quality with palatised textures, dunno why.

Bleh?
Voodoos --> Lewpy's Glide!!!!! It's what the cards were made for! Open Gl would be the next fastest. D3D on Voodoo's is a crime.
ATI --> D3D
