I have finished FF9 with epsxe. The only significant problem I had was associated with Dynamic Caching using Lewpy's Glide plugin. Thankfully, the problem was solved in a later release.

I've completed it a couple of times. Used pete's *spot on* plugin, and the only prob I had was that i needed to keep changing the frameskip mode.
