Silent Hill NTSC

Can anyone recommend some settings to use for Silent Hill? I have tried various video and sound plugins, with different settings, but I can't seem to get it to work... It freezes after the Konami logo at the very start....

Either remove your memory cards and use save states, Press F4 at just the right time, ..or use FPSE

What do you mean "Remove the memory cards", how do I do that? And what is FPSE?

If you take out your second memory card (epsxe001.mcr in your memcard folder) it will work. Or apparently you can press F4 at just the right time? I haven't tried that one yet.... or I could send you a savestate.

FPSE is another PSX emulator. Myself, I haven't really tried it. ePSXe works good enough for me.

If you want the savestate, tell me your msn/AIM and I'll send it. The attachment is too big for this.

btw where can I find a site for downloading saved games, and save states etc... are there any?
