Slow movies

Does anyone know how to get the movies in ePSXe working at the right speed?
They stutter and skip on my computer:

AMD Athlon XP 1600+
256Mb DDR RAM
nVidia GeForce 3

I am using pete's and eternal's plugins. I don't have full vRAM primatives enabled, and I have tried every rez from 512*384 - 1280*1024

there's a certain mdec speed option (it's in epsxecutor, I forgot the command line name of it)....you can also try different cdr plugins, making iso's or turning vsync off.

Yeah, I found it in the registry. MDECtiming to 1 and it workd. Thanx for your input
