Problem loading Legend of mana

I have the original NTSC version of Legend of mana,but the cd player stops loading and the screen stays black when i try to execute the emulator.what is wrong.please help me

Look, have some patience, when someone knows something they will likely get to you. You didn't even wait a bloody hour. Try making an iso, try a different cd plug-in, try enabling/disabling accurate cd timing, and try a different bios. The game works.
