Parasite Eve 2 HELP!!!

Everytime i try to start it up, it just freeze at the beginning.. the square thing.

Can someone tell me a working configuration?

bleem is the only emulator to be known to run PE2 but even not that good.

anyone know where i can get some crack. (you know.. cause of my big drug problem... hum.. yeah.. something like that)

And why doesn't it work? What different about this game?
