You are probably looking at a cache or something - it is definately there (other people have downloaded it).

It just showed up a few seconds ago, even in Firefox. Before, it wasnt shown in FF, Opera, IE and other browsers either. Funnily, inputing the dl link to 1.13 directly in adress bar downloads it

Thank you! I haven't had a chance to load a game yet, but I did download and run the emulator and it doesn't crash!

don´t know if am the only one with this problem but it looks like if i run the emu in windowed mode(with VSYNC activated) using a PAL game the frame rates are NTSC(60) instead of PAL(50) causing the emu sometimes to crash and the game to run too fast.

It should definately be 50hz, how are you measuring the frame rate? Are you sure the game you are playing is really PAL?

am measuring the frame rate using fraps(need to write my own )... the problem only comes when "VSYNC" is activated and am running the emulator on windowed using a PAL game (NTSC games run just perfect).

the frame rate jump from 50 - 85 then the game stop for few secs...after that it goes back to 50 and so on.. probably is a problem with XP since my OS is f***ed up i need to install Vista again probably.

i first though the problem is because of A.E.S(my program) but i tested your emu without it and it´s the same.

here are some information about the game:

BOOT = cdrom:\TEKKEN3\SCES_012.37;1
EVENT = 10
STACK = 801FFFF0

probably is my PC... don´t know but i just though you should know about it.. btw Great emu mate

i´ve made a couple of screenshots to show you the frame rates i get.

UPDATE:

Shadow tested pSX for me on his computer and it seems like my Windows XP is not working well(just as i sayd previously) because PAL games works great on his computer.... so it looks like my windows is the problem and not pSX.
