I thought sound buffering was the change of the previous version (07.08.09) ??
Or is it something different ?

The previous fix is "CD audio buffering", current is "sound buffering".

The previous version's sound buffering relies on by chance
by using very simple sound API.
Therefore, the noise or the delay might be generated.
The current version accurately does by using another sound API.

This fix is not the one related to the essence of the emulator
but only related to the output to WINDOWS.

I am quite interested in testing this emulator, but i've been unsuccessful in getting it running.....but, as always, great to see new revisions coming out.
