I don't get why the Help file and the MCM have broken text. In the MCM the File/Help buttons and their menus are in Japanese, but the buttons on the side are just question marks. In the help file, I get gibberish like this: ބީg‚̃Œƒxƒ‹ã‚°‚ð’Ê‚¶‚ÄAŽá‚¢ƒ
btw, where's the changelog? |

Changelog is at the bottom of the help file. The japanese in it is gibberish most likely because its a standard shift-jis encoded textfile while the rest of the app is compiled in unicode. If you really want the helpfile to look fine, set the default region for non-unicode apps to Japanese on your computer (control panel, regional settings, special tab) - or just use Applocale to run Xebra.
