New promising Dreamcast emu

Well, I've been betatesting a friend's DC emulator (no name yet, still in very early alpha). Recently he added sound emulation and some fixes, making some nice progress overall. Some homebrew games are playble as of now (DCQuad, Doom4DC), many boot (DCQuake).

BIOS shows the swirl, and plays some sound, unfortunately it seems there is a bug in SH4 core, making rest of the BIOS screens painfully slow.

More info about the emu here: http://dknute.livejournal.com/ (Polish Language).

Heheh, sorry *sheepish grin*
Well, I can at least confirm that it's not a fake (heck, might even encode some video of it running Quake if I find the time) and that it has nothing in common with the other DCEmu - at least not that I know of.

Well, glad to hear that it runs homebrew. It's what I want from a DC emulator
