No, this one is new SSF v0.08 Alpha' not SSF v0.08 Alpha

Dunno why the author always put ' sometimes for next release?

They are bugfix releases, test versions, or minor edits. This was posted in the regular 0.08 alpha thread, and it fixes savestate problems.
