dcemu updates

the small open source dc emulation project, dcemu, just updated its webpage of a snapshot of the current code and respective binary. It's now capable of showing 3d in some demos, which is cool. 2d framebuffer broke, which isn't  ... altogether an interesting build, and dcemu is showing some progress which is always good.
