Visual Boy Advance 1.8!

The new VBA 1.8 supports Multiplayer. Using the Flash2Advance USB you can connect the GBA with your PC.

Core changes:
- added Multiplayer function for Single and Multi-Paks (using F2A-USB)
- fixed 24-bit screen capture
- fixed a timing issue that caused blinking sprites
- fixed reset problems on some CGB games
- added 1 missing BIOS calls (DiffXbitUnfilter calls)
- fixed MMX graphic filters
- fixed bug in MBC 3 code
