XBOX emulation

In a site , a spanish web about emulators , they talk about the upcoming of a new Emulator of Xbox for Windows that could be able to perfectly emulate all the games available for this console in a PC to 1000MHz. Sojo.

Too mystery about this. I don't think so (i wish i'm wrong) but it's extrange because nobody talk about it before... (no name, no pics, no programmer/s, no news...)

It has to be fake since they say it emulates all xbox games perfectly that would be impossible.

nobody knows it could be a privat emulator wich will get released... there are many emulators on development right now...wich we even know they exist!!

I know That site , ...and they do not post any news if they are not really sure. lets hope this emu is real.

about the 1000mhz...yes am pretty sure is possible...since you don´t have to emulate every part of the xbox console...

i still believe in my theory that emulation can be faster...the reason of that is because we have use wrong techniques to emulate hardware...maybe my theory is wrong but am working on it to prove the opposite. a small example of it is this....

if you have a mp3 file on a portable mp3 player and you want to hear this song on your computer...will you create a emulator to emulate the portable mp3 player to hear the song??? the answer is NO because it have no sence! and if you do it you will be astonished because you will need some power to play that simply file on your pc. so what will you do instead? as a programmer you will create a small function to read it..and this function/module will use less resources than the emulator.

so this was a small example..but of course you can not compare that with a console emulation...what i mean is this....a game no matter for wich console is designed to....is still a piece of sofware designed to run on a specific hardware...and when is execute send commands to the hardware to do a specific job.the hardware function is just to understand and do what the software want. in that way the software use the capabilities of the hardware to do the job.... so what´s the point???

the point is execute and understand such a software and commands...and not emulate directly the hardware (Remember you have already a hardware capable of do the same thing...only your hardware use a diferent architecture and commands) what i mean is more a traslator than a emulator wich emulate a small part of the harware and execute the software to be understand it...well i will not explain all my theory here since i will need much space...if i got any results you will see it in the future.

you may think am crazy and that´s OK... remember if we don´t think in crazy things we will never do crazy and amazing things.. cya soon

@ruantec-Man, your theory is what a lot of emulators currently do.

not really....they try to emulate every part of the console and what am trying to do is traslate/decode them instead of emulate them by doing the same but without to much work around.

the idea comes with the new estructure i use in the new version of my emuselector setting file wich speed up everything.
