Detonator 43.51 WHQL Win98/ME/2000/XP

Quote:
Two weeks ago we brought you Detonator drivers version 43.51, this time we have the WHQL versions available. WHQL simply means that Microsoft has tested and verified these drivers, after their approval the drivers are stamped with the WHQL logo and thus certification.

We have both Windows 98/ME and Windows 2000/XP available.

I've tested these drivers on Windows 2000 for a change (normally Windows XP) and indeed they are 100% certified.

The archive's files are dated 2 April 2003 which makes this the youngest set available online right now. Furthermore all nVidia graphics cards to date are compatible with these drivers which includes the new GeForceFX 5200, 5600 and 5800 series. No word yet on any performance increases. Let us know your experiences in our forums please. We have a dedicated nVidia drivers section.

The archive includes a setup.exe for easy installing. Language files are Included.

they should be no difference between the actual 43.51 and the past ones. Since the only difference is WHQL

D.D. the main differences between the 43.45 and the 43.51 are that the image quality is better in the 43.45 and the FSAA and AF issues with the 43.45 are fixed in the 43.51 also the 43.51 are a bit faster than the 43.45, these 43.51 WHQL are the same as the 43.51 they just added the WQH certification

i was wondering if the speed ups apply to a gf4 mx 420 card, or are they only for higher end cards? i'm gonna try installing to drivers to see if there is a difference on a gf4 mx card too.

Well folks, the Detenator FX's are officially here, up on nVidia's site. Dunno about any speed increases (doubt I'll see any with my GF4) but they're here
