Just saw over at Emufanatics ... ehh, EFx2 ( excuse me :eek: ) that Dr. Hell released some sort of PSX Emu.

Now if someone with japanese skills could please download it here and let us know what the readme is about, that would be pretty kind

My English is poor, Please guess.

Xebra is UNPLAYABLE PlayStation emulater, therefore
it was compressed by LZH and there's no worth to pay attention.
If it becomes to be playable, I will release English one.

I am afraid that there are very few Japanese developers of emulators.
So, the text file attached to Xebra is dedicated
only to Japanese future(young) developers of emulators.
It tells about my experience during making this emulator.
It may be useful for Japanese readers
but will be boring for English readers
because there is already a lot of good English documents
about emulation.
