yeloazndevil, if you are interested in quality over performanace then the Omega drivers would be for you. However if you are interested more in performance then don't bother with them. Omega has tweaked the drivers for maximum quality, he has not modified them in any other way, so there is no performance increase but no performance decrease either. Just a significant quality increase due to the tweaks. Hope this helps explain what these drivers are all about.
sincerely,
sx/amiga

Wow, seems that the 43.45 are reference for more releases, good news D.D.

Mhh I remember that you used to try these omega drivers out sxamiga. No bad comments coming from you about them as well.
I've got a question, if there's these tweak utilities such as Rivatuner and Atuner out there, then what could be the difference tweaking the card with these pre-tweaked drivers using such tweakers?
An impressive quality/performance can be achieved?
How much compatible are the drivers for other rigs?
Sorry for too many questions I just want to know someone's experience with those drivers

I guess it depends on what you want , performance over quality if a systems's low-mid end, and quality over performance if you system's high end or simply personal preferences.

Well, I'll be glad to answer you questions Phoenix, as best as I can. You asked about the tweakers that are already out, well since these drivers are already tweaked, those tweakers would not be necessary. Furthermore, Omega manages to tweak these drivers even better than the average person could using the other types of tweakers. So, with Omega's drivers, in theory, you are getting the best tweaked drivers that you possibly can.
The drivers will work in any "rig" with the proper card to use them. You don't necessarily have to have a high end or "super" computer to enjoy the quality that Omega puts in.
As for performance/quality on an equal footing, uh uh, not going to happen. Omega even tells you that these drivers are optimized for quality not performance. If you want your top performance and your quality, then perhaps someone would be better off using one of the great tweakers out there already and doing it themselves. But if top (read best) quality is what you're after, then maybe Omega's drivers are just the ones you are looking for.
sincerely,
sx/amiga

They are referring to image quality. Omega's Quality drivers are tweaked to provide very high quality visuals which decreases the amount of frames that can be calculated per second.

Omega provides the Performance driver for those who want to have the same image quality as the original 43.45 detonators, but with optimizations to make it faster.

Alright sxamiga everything is much clear now, thank you.
And yeah, performance or quality, depends of tastes of course, but finding blend drivers with these can be tough indeed.
