Kawaks is excellent for NEO GEO games. there are some glitches with Samurai Shodown IV ( blood effect ) in the previous version ( 1.45) but I guess its fixed in the new one. If not, Nebula emulate it perfectly

I perfer Mame and NeoRageX to play NeoGeo games for some odd reason...mainly because they can play more neogeo games. Games like KOF2001. I know Winkawaks still have no support for KOF2001 unless you have the hacked version(but that's a different story). I am not sure if Nebula can play it. I know NeoRageX can play it too.

Greetings,

Great news. I use Nebula most of the times, as it is able to run all my games perfectly (that is, except for King of Fighter series). For the KoF series I use NeorageX (an eXcellent emulator).
I've never used Kawaks, as I'm entirely satisfied with Nebula. I'll download the new version ASAP.
Thanks for the news fivefeet8.

Live long and prosper.

Nice, let's see if it can play my KOF2001 romset... it prolly has a different CRC than the ones generated by the audit...

i just use Mame32. KoF2k1 works fine on it, even with the bad dump. the only games i have that don't work right on it are TMNT in Time and Primal Rage.
