FPS & Plugin

Here are two screenshots that shows the speed improvement of the new Satourne
One is from the emulation of the Sega Saturn where we get 70 images per second and the other one is from the ST-V where we're almost at 40 images per second. These results were taken off Fabien's PC a XP 1700 at 1.4 ghz.

Note that the first one shows also a little demonstration of how the new plugins work
