WinRAR 3.10 beta 5 (12/7/2002)

I really don't keep up with this often, but I missed posting beta 4. But I caught beta 5 I also posted the beta 4 changes :


Version 3.10 beta 5

1. SFX module sets 'sfxname' environment variable before starting
a program specifed in "Setup" command. This variable contains
the name of SFX module, so setup program may read it if it needs
such information.

2. Speed of flat view mode improved under Windows 9x and Me.

3. If -x<folder\name> switch does not contain wildcards, it does
not match files contained in subfolders of 'folder'.

4. Bugs fixed:

a) depending on MS Internet Explorer settings, SFX module
could fail to display high ASCII characters in "Text" command;

b) it was impossible to set the reverse sorting for file list
columns in the flat view mode;

c) SFX "SavePath" command did not work in the previous beta.


Version 3.10 beta 4

1. Bugs fixed:

a) combination of '-as -u -ver' switches did not work correctly;

b) "Convert" command did not process archives contained only
one zero length file.
