Right, I downloaded the latest version of ePSXe, 1.7 I believe, downloaded the 2 zipped files on the first post, extracted them into the plugins folder, but they cease to appear when I try to configure it.

use Filemon (Sysinternals) to find out if its missing a dependancy.
