VBA-M SVN 503 build (Win32/Linux)

Important changes since last build (SVN478):
(Win32)
ADDED: Option to always use the last accessed directory instead of any of the default ROM directories
FIXED: Screenshotting causes crash
CHANGED: libpng & zlib now linked statically again
UPDATED: libpng 1.2.28
(Linux)
ADDED: Functional native GTK GUI. Should tide Linux users over till we finish the Qt4 system.

Download link:

DirectX Web updater:
http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompi...webupdater.zip

The Linux code is of course in SVN.

Enjoy!

Yay, thanks for the new svn!

Btw, I can't compile it on Xubuntu 8.04, I get this error:

wingnux@wingnux:~/Downloads/vbam/trunk$ make
Makefile:43: CMakeFiles/progress.make: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `CMakeFiles/progress.make'. Stop.

I was able to compile the last version tough =/

EDIT: Installing cmake and nasm helped but it still gives me loads of error and the binary isn't created... Gonna try to figure out if any dev package is missing

EDIT: According to gmake I have all dependencies installed but it still doesn't compile on ubuntu

Its cool, I have been very busy with personal things atm, and others have been working on it. There are plans to support byuu's UPS patch format, in time for Tomato's Mother 3 translation though.

There wouldn't happen to be known Vista (x64) incompatibilities would there? I DLed and installed the directx pack but it still gets an error before I can even enter the program. It just says it stopped working before anything happens.

Never mind, it was because vba was trying to run off the old ini from ye olde time vba... silly me.
