This is the first release of Mupen64Plus for Windows and Mupen64Plus Build Environment for Windows. The new port is more up to date, can use blight_input, should have less problems with graphics plug ins, and has a better looking GUI. And you can Stop and Go (If you get an error about "GetDC", press stop a few times and try again.)

Does this have considerable core tweaking? Or is it more of a cosmetic update?

It's got considerable core tweaking. The main new feature is a 64bit recompiler. It is also written with Linux in mind.

Good News, N64 emu world still needs more improvements

We are Talking Linux 64 or Windows 64 Bit editions of the recompiler or the emu or Both ??

The release is 32bit. They have no plans afaik to release a 64bit version for windows

Ok i have try it is good but iam having some mayor problem with smash bros at the 7 stage the collapses complete the emulator freezes plus on that stage is completely black.

Anyone knows the problem anyway to fix this?

The lack of suppoort to DirectX/DirectInput/DirectSound plugins is uncanny, even considering this is a port from Linux. But, overall, a great emu, even if some rom extensions are not supported.
