Question I need some help on how to open an XBE file

After I finish downloading and extracting all of the parts, I extract it using Win Rar. Right? And then how do I extract the Iso file? Are you sure that the Default XBE file will work? I hope that it works. Will all of the Harry Potter games work with the Cxbx and Dxbx emulator? I just would like to know on how to load up an Xbox iso file. That's all. So get back to me soon. Thank you very much!
