I have a Wii by now..but I'd like to know the reason for the bad performance on my pc anyways. Since PCSX2 is running pretty slow too, I guess it's cause of no dual core..but I don't know.
An AMD64, Dual Core or not is still not enough for this emulator, even the 64-bit version of Dolphin. I have an AMD64 x 2 3800+, Windows XP x64 Professional, Dolphin 64-bit Beta 3 and get similar speeds as you and random crashes. While the 64-bit Dual Core version of Dolphin is indefinitely better than the 32-bit single core version a Core2Duo is best for optimal speed.

The emulator is still quite incomplete, suffers from poor compatibility, not to mention the Gamecube lacks proper documentation. Gekko is not much better either at this point in time if any.

It's best to just stick to playing whatever game on Gamecube or Wii until this emulator progresses more significantly.

Yes and no, Xtreme2damax.

The game I was played is Legend of Zelda Wind Waker and it run the fully speed. It could be too fast if you are in the door but stopped when you received telescope.

Best news is: The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess's is between fair speed to fully speed depending in the game! WOW!

I am playing twilight princess right now and dont see anything problem with it yet as far as I can go. Guess what ? I transform into wolf, freed myself thanks to my new weird partner and now I am into Twilight world and rescue two lighters and I am going to rescue the third lighter. Nothing is the problem so far, really. The dolphin emu is awesome! I am still playing it for a few days right now.

Well you have a Core2Duo and are using the 64-bit version of Dolphin on XP64. That is why it is playable for you.

Sadly an AMD64 x 2 won't be enough for even the 64-bit Dolphin, maybe some less intensive 3D or 2D might be possible at a decent speed.

But from what I tested an AMD x 2 3xxx cpu won't be enough, perhaps the higher end cpu's will such as the 4xxx, 5xxx and 6xxx AMD64 dual core cpu's might be but I highly doubt.

He is currently getting the best possible speed he can get with Dolphin 64-bit Beta 3 and a 64-bit operating system on his cpu.
