Everybody would wish that. I hope that very soon we have the news on dolphin 64. Maybe they work in silence to avoid that people begin to ask or think stupid things.... Silence is golden when you can't think of a good answer.

What I really can't wait, is the ability to play online...
No I don't mean something like BattleNet, I know that won't happen. But like ZSNES, where you can connect with friends with IP address or via Network.
Basically this is the MAIN reason why I like emulators.

I am anxious to get my hands on this! I've been aching to try and configure my Wiimote to play Gamecube games, and this looks like my only opportunity (Wiimote driver for Windows for the win)

Waiting patiently with a paltry old X2 3800+ and Geforce 7800 GT, with 2 gigs of OCZ PC3200 LL... <3

Poor thing will only do Wind Waker at 2-3 FPS at 320x200, while my Wii does it at what, 60, with 480p? :P

Good job Dolphin team. It's an exciting time for emulation. When we see what's possible on dual core 64 bit machines over the next couple of years it will be great.

So.... How've you all been. I feel like I'm at a party were everyone has fallen asleep early. I check this forum almost daily helplessly waiting for a tidbit of info on this fabulous emulator called dolphin. However it seems as if everyones tounges have been cut out. Not a soul speaks not even regular joes. It would at least be something to hear more praise for dolphin. Granted new info would be best recieved but, some lively chat about it would be appreciated as well. Just my thoughts.

Well the suprise for me is that ector announced it , so might as well let the 'few' gamecube followers on NGemu know (I swear this was meant to be a secret...tsk tsk ector!)

A few shots from it (rig in sig), and no ETA on release, and this is defo 'preliminary' work.

Zelda TP has no FPS on it due to a draw layer problem, however, in single core mode it runs 11-13 FPS. (dual core causes problems for this game, though it would add and extra 3-4 FPS on my machine for this game)
Hey thanks CKemu. Though if you ask for my opinion Dolphin emulation is doing far better then Gekko emulation, who knows? Only time will tell. Imagine if you ran Wind Maker on a Core 2 Duo E6600 clocked @ 3,6GHz or a Core 2 Duo clocked @ 3,7GHz
