Mario Kart - Double Dash[GM4E 3E31] (U) - Dolphin 1.03 Shots
Damn'd blue overlay, otherwise, totally playable
 , Time Trial was giving me 16 FPS..which is reasonable enough to enjoy it

one tip, disable the shaders , enable the "Overlay some stats", press ok to apply and go back ingame,then go back in the video options and disable it again , you will get ride of the blue overlay screen with that. It won't look as good but you will see more clearly

Carts Look better in Grand Prix mode, shame you can't see half the screen
