Is this true?
One of my friends claims he has a gamecube emulator and I have seen it work and SA2 works perfect and speed is fine except for the music. However, Cooliscool claims that gamecube emulation is in very early stages and not as good as I have seen. Is he right?

Cooliscool is completely correct, we can only assume you saw SA2 working perfectly while you were under the influence of drugs.
![]() If you claim to have seen it work, then feel free to present some proof. We'd be very interested in seeing it. |

Yeah.
![]() n00bs. This is the first time I've known a n00b of this caliber in real life.. I was afraid I could never convince him that whatever he saw running SA2 perfect was bull****.. kinda like some of our n00bs around here lately.. he thinks it takes someone he doesn't know to tell him the truth. Now, you have no reason to argue with me in class.

i've dealt with these people before, my brother included. "I was playing X game on this emulator, it's real!!!!". Either my brother knows an expert programmer who programmed a fully functional xbox emulator on his own and never bothered to go public with it (highly doubtfull, he knows stoners and that's about it), or he played a PC port of something and only thought it was an emulator, or he's bull****ting me which is likely. I dont think he knows that i am half-knowledgable about this kind of stuff.

Let's make this clear : no current GameCube emulator can run Sonic Adventure 2 full speed + perfect graphics as of today. I don't know what you saw, or if you really saw it at all (and it wouldn't surprise me), but IT WASN'T A GAMECUBE EMU, period.

like cooliscool said, he was probably playing his gamecube threw a PC monitor. all you need to do is hide the console and voila he can fool you easily
