Driver support OpenCL?

Hi i was just wondering what i need to download to tryout these opencl plugins?

I have a slowish dual core (3800x2) and if my gfx card(gts250) can help more with dolphin FPS it would be the best improvement!!

I can only really play REmake at the moment,Even RE zero title screen is slow on my pc

ingame about 17 fps...
