Netplay in Dolphin?

i see it, but it doesn't work like kaillera in project 64k... is there an add-on to give Dolphin this functionality?

plus i got some friend excited about "Netplay", so whoops...

There was many revisions ago but it didnt work well. And the P2P option is there now but it's very slow and will desync almost immediately
