I have noticed a few issues with the newest revision too. Zelda TP doesnt seem to boot, so after that i just stopped using it. The sound has never been perfect on Mario Party 4. This may sound like a silly question, and I apologise in advance for that, but is there a chance that you are using the software video plugin?

Just tried rev4418, with Super Smash Brothers Melee and Zelda Twilight Princess for GC, and both work fine.

I guess you two have troubles with the Wii version of this games?

Yup, using Windows 7 x64 and the 64bit version of Dolphin.
Zelda works as usual, from both executables.

Didn't boot with the Software plugin when Dual Core was enabled, for some reason. But that's about it.

Indeed. I just tried it from a "clean" Dolphin, all in default... and it works.
Using Orlean's build rev4418.
