One piece unlimted cruise 1 pal dont work

Hello
I have the newest revision of Dolphin and want to play one piece uc1 pal on dolphin but it hangs on load screen anyone knows a solution?
here are my specs:
Intel core duo P7350 2x2.0 GHZ
4gb DDR3 Ram
Ati mobility radeon hd 4570

there a 3383 rev that plays 1 and part 2 PAL OR JAP,,but i mad at the fact that it has a bug..everything loads up but after your about to begin a vs battle it has this ultra bright light within the game,u can still see but the light is just to bright,,u have to select bleach versus crusade hack to remove it but the life bars and other things goes away ,,the only thing that is shown is the fighters and a green grass stage....
