SSBB moveset swapping: doable on Dolphin?

saw those weird-ass videos and thought, "Damn, cool!"

only thing is, is there a way to do so in Dolphin itself? Hacking and all that?

Maybe the files have been extracted from the game, then renamed and replaced so the movements for one character are swopped with another. A lot of work but it's possible.

only thing is, is that doable in the "Action Replay" part of Dolphin?

dunno if there's a way to do "Ocarina" and putting the homebrew channel on somehow for Wii System OS emulation...
