My specs.

Do you mean if you dump the game, will it run ok on Dolphin with those specs?
What game are you dumping?

Try dumping Wii Sports or Wii Play I get lots of FPS on both of them. Much more than with Galaxy and Brawl.

Is that what they're calling it these days?

Seriously though, if your Wii is at least softmodded dumping a game is brain-dead simple. A single layer disc takes ~4 hours depending on the game. Since all of the software is free and supposedly you have the necessary hardware, just dump it and try.

Well I think 4 hours are long. Even downloading is faster .

you need to upgrade to 3GHZ and 3GB but i see no point if you have a real Wii
I mean I don't have a wii so I just run dolphin lol

unless you may use a hardware emulator if it exists....
also like what all others said , give it a try.

Edit: it may take about 55 minutes unless your disk is scratched...

Yes, dump it, it's one of the best Wii games, but:
1. Only PAL works in Dolphin.
2. It will take more time than dumping a normal Wii game (4,7 GB).

I dumped a 1:1 copy of Brawl in less than 45 minutes

If it took you a little less than 4 hours I think you might wanna try using a different medium and software

I still use Wanikoko's Wii Dumper v1.2 Homebrew app. I know of at least 1 app that can dump games much faster, but they are not 1:1 rips. I prefer a 100% ISO rip and then trim it down afterwards.

No problem

With that and a Hard Drive in a USB 2.0 enclosure I was able to get Brawl pretty quick.
