Are my specs good enough?

Are my specs good enough to run Dolphin and other 6th gen console emulators (xbox, PS2 and Saturn)? My current specs are:

OS: Windows XP SP3
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 9400 GT (soon to be ATi Radeon 4870, but due to a crappy PSU not quite yet.)
CPU: Intel Duo Core 2 E7200 @ 2.53 GHz
PSU: 500w (Soon to be 750w)
RAM: 2x 2GB

I will have it fully upgraded in about a week. Is it good enough? (Both current and future please, I want to know if I can install now.)

remember, it's not about the wattage of a psu. Give us the model before you buy. Anyways, overclock that e7200 and you'll get 40fps and up.

WRONG.

Its about Ampere, not Wattage.

buying a PSU based on wattage specifications is asking for trouble. especially if its a cheap psu, where the wattage is calculated from peak 5 and 3.3v amps, rather then from 12v amps.
