Dolphin SVN 3855 ANOTHER ERROR WHEN LOAD A GAME

After I installed serval hotfixes to my Windows XP, I always get a "memory error" when I load a game.
If I uncheck "Enable the JIT dynarec" in the Config, I can play the game without any error, but the speed is 4FPS. (it's 60FPS before I install those hotfixes) Why?

EDIT: After I uninstalled KB972260, the problem solved.

add the game images to the browser window rather then trying to load them directly.
