I don't understand why it runs so slow. I mean, it runs like 20% while battling,
Please tell me the setting in Dolphin for SSBM. Sorry for my English.

My cpu:

intel(r) core(tm)2 due cpu
e8400 @ 3.00ghz
3.00 ghz, 1.90gb of ram

nvidia 8600gt

What revision are you using?
Try enabling "Dual Core" in the options.
