Dragon Ball Tenkaichi Daibouken not working

You can see the intro and the title screen but nothing later.
Anybody knows a right configuration for this game?

I think that mostly depends on the game :S some games are really playable at 30FPS and some others arent .

I wonder if this game is structured similarly to Metroid Prime: Trilogy.

After starting a new game, does the screen just go black? And what do the fps couters read after about 15 seconds? Is there any sound or music still playing in the background?
