Trauma Center Second Opinion

This game runs perfect!
But I have a problem
As you know, my Wiimote is broken and I haven't cash to buy it again, so I have to use keyboard to emulate it.
Now, the game runs perfect, I have also found a ideal settings for pointer "issue" (good settings are 177-143-687-566 )
I solved the defibrillator problem using a wiimovement.ini setted for Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
Now, my problem is: I can't rotate the bone pieces in chapter Z.1 using pincers.
I don't know if I need a wiimovement.ini already setted to do it, or I have to set the roll and pitch settings...
There's someone that can explain me step by step how to do the settings?
Thanks!

P.S.: I have a 360 controller...
