Action Replay doesn't work ?

I have a problem with the Action Replay Cheats,
If I start a game like Zelda WW or TP or Mario Sunshine,the activated Action Replay codes doesn't work !! I tried all with the manager and the other things but nothing worked

Put Enable Cheats in the config in basic settings

CPU: Core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.8 OC 3.6

Memory: 2GB Ram DDR2

Video: Geforce 9600GT 512MB

OS: Windows Se7en RC1 / Xp service pack 3
