metroid prime 2 echos

is there a way to make the l trigger work in njoy 0.3 cus that plugin works perfectly with my logitech game pad, and yes i have the setting to make the scanners work, and i dont want to use 0.4 cus its all mest up with my pad no matter what i do it always wants to set every button to A-1 dunno y, plus the c buttons dont work
