tatsunoki vs capcom njoy problem

hi iv got a problem with njoy any version wile playing this game, the joy stick goes crazy and i cant select anything its like if i was holding the joystick down, the menu just keeps scrolling and i cant stop it, iv i use the keyboard/xpad plugin the scrolling stop and i can play fine but i cant use my gamepad unless i map it to joytokey or something similar.

my gamepad is a logitec

so yea ny help would be greatly apreciated
