Failed to grap 1gb of continuous memory

I downloaded the 3499 rev and I'm getting the :"Failed to grap 1gb of continuous memory...".
Does anyone know what do I need to uninstall to fix this? I looked at the DLLs loaded by the Dolphin process and I could't find anything suspicious...
My AV and Firewall is Avira, does anyone here also use it to see if it's causing the problem?

So I actually need 1GB of free RAM, and the Virtual Memory doesn't count?
Thanks for your help.

Virtual memory is a mirror and swap area for data in physical memory.

Add the iso to the menu selection of dolphin so it will load. I had this problem also if I just try to open an iso that is not in the list I get that error.
