what version of Dolphin is best to run Twilight Princess?

i've tried downloading multiples, and when i finally got one that worked it ran incredibly slowly. my computer is a dell latitude D610. i assume it's a 32 but, but i remain unsure.

so. anyone know the best version to use or perhaps a different emulator? : > ( since i've seen stuff like gecko or something like that on here ).

when it comes to system specs, i don't know how to check. HTML and graphics are my forte, not computer hardware and such. [/laughs]
